Not at all. The NLP Bootcamp is designed for analysts, product managers, and developers with varying technical backgrounds. The audit and customer experience services involve our team doing the heavy analytical work, with your staff as collaborators, not prerequisites.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the service. The NLP Bootcamp runs across multiple half-day sessions, typically spread over two to three weeks. The Automation Audit generally takes three to four weeks, and the Customer Experience Design engagement usually spans four to six weeks to account for workshops, mapping, and documentation.
Can you work with our existing software and infrastructure?
Yes. Our approach is to work within your existing environment where possible. During initial scoping, we review your current tools, data systems, and team structure before recommending anything. We aim to complement what you have, not replace it wholesale.
What do we receive at the end of the Automation Audit?
